I am Mimi Chan. Born in Hong Kong and raised up in Montreal and Vancouver, I became a Christ Follower at the age of 16 and was baptized on Easter Sunday of year 2000. I have been on several mission trips to Mexico and Thailand and graduated from the Diploma of Christian Studies at ACTS Seminaries. I have spent the bulk of my career within the public service and currently works at Destination Canada, a Crown corporation that stimulates international tourism demand for Canada. I joined Koinonia Evangelical Church (KEC) in October 2008 and have served at Karpos, hospitality team and currently as an ACTS Message Host and ACTS Fellowship Leader. I met my husband at KEC and have married to Bernard Kwan since September 2017. I look forward to be an integral part in KEC’s growth and development.
